BreAnne Baldermann brings nearly 20 years of experience in property and HOA management across Texas. Known for her hands-on leadership and strategic mindset, she has served in key roles including Regional Director and Portfolio Manager. A three-time CAI Property Manager of the Year, BreAnne founded Lavelle & Co. to provide a more focused, personalized approach to community management.
